TERMS OF USEPlease respect my work and the time that goes into it.◆ Do not reproduce, sell, mint as NFTs, or use my artwork for any commercial or monetary gain without my explicit permission.◆ Do not repost my artwork without credit or permission — unless you commissioned or purchased it directly from me.◆ If you'd like to share my work, always credit clearly and link back to me.If you're ever unsure about usage, just ask. I'm open to discussion, especially if you're interested in commercial licensing.
COMMISSION & USAGE RIGHTS◆ Clients who purchase commercial rights (e.g., for Twitch emotes, branding, etc.) are permitted to use the commissioned work under their name or business, as outlined in their receipt or contract.
◆ Unless we've agreed otherwise, I retain the right to showcase finished commissions in my portfolio and social galleries.By commissioning or purchasing from me, you agree to these terms.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS◆ Refunds are only available before the final product has been delivered.◆ If a project is in progress
(i.e., sketches or drafts have been sent), a partial refund may be issued depending on how much work has been completed.◆ No refunds will be given for completed work or delivered digital files. (including emotes, overlays, or any other assets)
Once the final product is sent, all sales are final.◆ If you cancel a commission before work has started, a full refund can be issued.
However, if I've already begun working, I may retain a portion to compensate for time and effort.◆ Refunds will not be provided due to "change of mind" once work has been completed and delivered.If you change your mind about a finished piece and would like a different version or concept, you’re always welcome to recommission a new project. We can revisit the idea with a fresh start!Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks from the project start date. I’ll keep you updated on progress along the way, and I appreciate your patience and trust during that time.
